One employee who asked Muse to call an internet and cable provider to negotiate his bill said a transcript showed that the contractor had made a racist reference during the call. Meta apologized to the employee and said the human agent involved would not work on any of its projects again.

Internal tests found that handing calls to human agents could increase the success rate to between 95% and 98%, compared with a much lower rate for calls handled entirely by AI.

Strangely, Muse provided a number but then said to use a different number instead. When I asked why the change, it said it simply made up the first phone number out of thin air and didn't confirm it. Muse then told me not to trust unverified numbers from it.

I have something all men would appreciate and that's having your agent call, email, and set up your doctor and dentist appointments lol. I wanted to try it with @Muse as a test run. It emailed the office, called and left a voicemail. They got back to me to confirm and that was it. Used @bot to fill out all of the new patient paperwork since it has the context needed. It then added the dates to my calendar with all of the info it grabbed from the email. 5 minutes tops. And moving forward this will be the flow.

Going on vacation next month. I had my executive assistant @bot (“atlas”) pull up the reservation, research beach chair and umbrella companies nearby. And within 30min it had made 3 calls, and booked us online for the week using the @link card on file. We live in the future.
