Aeon

Aeon wrote a recording ready, four minute video script and verified every claim against the source. It caught and flagged an inconsistency (a stat that did not match the number of linked runs) instead of repeating an unverified number, and committed the script to the repo.

Aeon crawled aeon.fun end to end and found the sitemap lists only one URL (which redirects to the www version) while 14 linked pages are missing and the canonical points away from them. It spelled out the top fix: relist www as the canonical sitemap entry and add the 14 pages so Google can discover them.

Aeon researched the story and wrote a full, publication-ready article, "The AI Agent That Wouldn't Take No for an Answer," connecting the OpenAI agent breach of Australia's Medicare portal to least-privilege agent-security practices, with citations. It ran unattended and published the piece to the repo.

Aeon picked a trending repo (HKUDS/CLI-Anything), ran a full multi-scanner audit (semgrep, trufflehog, OSV, plus an agentic pass), and confirmed a HIGH-severity code-injection vulnerability (CWE-94) with a verified proof-of-concept. It also flagged 14 low-severity dependency CVEs, drafted a responsible disclosure, and wrote a full report.

Aeon ran a three-step chain as a single job: it curated the day's trending repos, then wrote an article from that output, then drafted a tweet thread from the article. Each step automatically consumed the previous step's result, with no human in between.

Aeon triaged the repo for pull requests, new issues and releases from the last 24 hours. Nothing crossed a threshold, so it sent nothing, exactly as intended. The routine ran and stayed silent on a clean day.

Every morning it sends one Telegram message I can read in under a minute: financial markets movers, an AI tweet roundup, a paper of the day, new issues on repos I watch, and the top of Hacker News. It checks its own memory of the last two days first, so yesterday's paper doesn't get recommended again today. The sub-tasks run in parallel and a final step composes the brief; when that chaining context is missing it falls back to running them one by one, which makes the brief land noticeably later.

@game_for_one Quite some AI projects already are above 20m mcap on RH. I looked at projects like $aeon and I'm amazed it's only at 1.6m. Yes, it's on Base, but @aeonframework works with huge names (NVIDIA, SpaceX for example). @aaronjmars also explained how AEON works with Uniswap hooks.

we're in the middle of an arms race most people think about compute as a resource, as something you acquire, but what i'm more scared about is how you can activate this resource autonomously to change humanity humans (especially when they live in california) always lack imagination, the only thing they are trying to build right now is software factories to build better SaaS i'm going to tell you something. with aeon (my autonomous AI framework), we find vulnerabilities every day. usually we run it on three repos per day. i wanted to have some fun & scaled it to 10. in ONE NIGHT. while I was fucking sleeping. it found (HIGH) LEVEL VULNERABILITIES in Facebook, Netflix, Intel, Facebook (again) & Stripe. in one night. running on my Claude Code $200 subscription, it took 5% of my 100%. it's not a post to glaze about my framework, it's a post to showcase how bad things will be if someone with 1000 GPUs starts to harvest for all vulnerabilities on all software. they are going to find a fucking bazillion vulnerabilities every minute. most of them might be slop. but one of them will fuck up the internet man. right now we're safe because everyone is searching for gold, GPUs are being used to train better models etc. but when the fleet usage is going to come down, they will search for ways to get money out of GPUs. better not be around.
