Doubling down on Grok @bot for Two Peas Abroad. Configured so far: • Email drafts to all brand sponsors + traveler questions reaching out (Not 100% perfect + I don't trust it to send any yet) • Article idea and outline generation (Works great since I gave it access to visitor's search queries on our website) • Custom itinerary reviews (Reviews questionnaires customers complete for custom itineraries + helps draft rough route outlines based on previous ones we've made. Painful for anything specific so this is still very manual. • Newsletter creation (Basically fully automated now. Has access to our latest content + visitor search logs + seasonal plans) • Pinterest pin ideas from that week's new content (Brand new platform, working so far) • Business expenses and accounts (Fully automated except receipt linking. Takes 20 mins to review once a month now) • A bot that finds travel creator coaches to promote Creator Roam, our travel creator tool Wish it could help with actual video creation using our existing tools like picking out relevant clips in Google Photos + putting them into Davinci Resolve. For now it's already saving us so much time, who knows what it'll be doing this time next year.
