I just installed Context Guardrails to my Grok Bot. Have been reluctant to give it access to my Gmail but turns out I can just ask it to implement @superagent_ai and it'll basically set the whole thing up. Amazing UX tbh.

My inbox was drowning in political spam, retail blasts, and junk I never open. So I set up **Grok Bot** to clean it twice a day. Hundreds of emails trashed automatically. Morning and afternoon. I don’t lift a finger. Grok Bot: inbox janitor that actually works.

Today I set up @TownAI and Instinct @noahrshinn at the same time. The town setup was way better, and the integrations were super easy. The whole thing felt just really powerful. I think Instinct is trying to be simpler by just reducing it to a messaging app. Even though Town has more features and more ways of interacting with it, I feel like Instinct's multitasking ability is better. They feel very different from each other, yet I keep going back and forth in my mind as to which I like better. Town feels more professional and powerful, and Instinct feels almost overly simple and yet has a surprising amount of horsepower.

Grok @bot users should use caution when having its computer access Google resources with one's main Google account. I created a new business account and tried to generate one video with NotebookLM and the Google account was immediately banned.

I HATE setting up ad accounts and the admin involved. So today I bit the bullet and used @bot to help me with Meta and Google ads + Analytics set up. I hooked Grokbot into Cursor and also deployed pixel and tracking. What a wild time to be alive.
