I've been following Miso from day one and this is an incredible product. I travel a ton and I'm borderline religious about using points and miles, finding the best routes, and getting the most value out of every trip. Miso makes a lot of that dramatically easier while saving a ridiculous amount of time.

In just 5 months since first trying it, Miso has booked me on 37 flights across 10 airlines, 35 airports, 4 continents while handling 12 changes/cancellations, monitoring 13 delays, and checking me in 34 times. $, points, miles, credits, whatever. Not to mention hotels too! We've become quite close text friends, exchanging 1,506 messages with a 2.5 min median response time and best KPI of all: 0 missed bookings.
