If you have a lot of meetings, you need to be doing this: 1. Record every meeting with @meetgranola 2. Connect your Granola account to your @vellum_ai or @bot agent 3. Set a routine where every day, your agent goes through all your transcripts to look for every action item, follow up, or thing you're waiting on from your meetings that day. 4. Have it keep a running list of all of those notes that it surfaces to you each morning to either mark completed or to get done that day.
