I created a Grok @bot to find webinars I should attend and book me onto them. A task that usually takes me 15-30 minutes each week. The bot: - Knows what my learning needs are over the next six months. - Looks through websites I've given it to see if there are any webinars that help with those. - Checks that I have space in my calendar, and then books me on using its computer. - Waits for the email to arrive with the webinar link, and puts that into my calendar. - Sets up a page in my Notion notebook that I can use to take notes during the webinar. - Scans that notebook weekly and adds any action points to my to-do list. Or chases me if I haven't added any. Although the time savings seem small, it's allowed me to focus on other things, and that two hours a month is worth it. But it's also keeping me organised and on track with webinars I would otherwise have let slip.
